Shipping Policy

At Fragrance Vault, we're committed to getting your order to you safely and as quickly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

We do deliver Nationwide within South-Africa. 

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: R150 nationwide
  • Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over R1,500

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated 3–7 working days
  • Delivery times apply once your order has been processed and dispatched.
  • Please note that deliveries to outlying or remote areas may take slightly longer.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation along with your tracking information.

During peak periods, promotions, or public holidays, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number, and recipient details are correct before completing your order.

Fragrance Vault cannot be held responsible for delays or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Order Tracking

When an order is dispatched, you will receive a waybill number to your email address provided for you to track via the courier website. If your tracking information does not update during the time period please contact us and we will assist.

Courier Delays

While we work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, public holidays, or courier network delays may occasionally impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience should this occur.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if any items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Kindly include your order number along with clear photos of the parcel and products so that we can assist you as quickly as possible. If a parcel is lost during the delivery period, contact us immediately so that we can investigate with the courier.

Shipping Policies may be updated from time to time, changes will take effect once information has been posted on our website.
